More than half of older American adults are banging past their prime, and their loving it. These 65-year olds and older aren’t going out without an orgasm, a study shows that 54 percent of older adults are sexually active with their significant other and 73 percent are satisfied with the sex. Even if they aren’t actually having sex they are interested in it with nearly two-thirds of older adults saying their sex life matters.
Sex and sexual health has been linked to a better quality of life and well-being. A small percentage of elderly men and women are talking with their doctors about sexual health or problems like physical health, relationships, lifestyles and even sexual supplements. Overall it’s great to see that elderly adults in America are keeping the spark alive and using sex to better their health and relationships.
